LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT
WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS, WHERE, AND FOR HOW LONG?
If this computer equipment does not work or there is a defect in it, notify JETCO Computer Systems within 3 years (1095 days) of the date
of purchase, and JETCO Computer Systems will fix it, or at our option, replace it at no charge to you. Repair or replacement is all we will do.
JETCO Computer Systems will provide on-site service to those customers within the defined greater Sacramento area*, and at our option, may remove and deliver the defective equipment from the site for additional diagnostic testing and repair at no charge to you.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
This warranty does not cover defects and malfunctions resulting from viruses, lock ups, General Protection Faults, operating system errors, accidents, alterations, failure to follow instructions, misuse, fire, floods and acts of God. We do not warrant that this computer equipment will work with the software of any particular computer company.
WHAT WE WILL NOT DO:
We will not pay mailing costs for those customers outside the defined greater Sacramento Area*. Neither the manufacturer of the components nor
JETCO Computer Systems which sold the computer equipment will pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the computer equipment, loss of data, or any other incidental damages. Neither the manufacturer of the components nor
JETCO Computer Systems which sold the computer equipment will pay for property damage or personal injury caused by this computer equipment, or its failure to work, or by failure of Internet service at or through this computer equipment, or any other consequential damages. JETCO Computer Systems will not be responsible for the manufacturer implied warranties including those of a particular purpose. This warranty sets forth all the responsibilities of the manufacturer and JETCO Computer Systems regarding this computer equipment. This warranty is the only one on your computer equipment, and there are no other express warranties from the manufacturer or JETCO Computer Systems.
WHAT THE CUSTOMER MUST DO:
For warranty service, contact JETCO Computer Systems within 3 years (1095 days) of the date of purchase at (916) 996-1964 or via email at JETCOSys@JETCOSys.com.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
If we fix your computer equipment, we may use reconditioned replacement parts or materials. If we choose to replace your computer equipment, we may replace it with a reconditioned one of equivalent type. It may be necessary to send any defective equipment to the manufacturer for repair, reconditioning, or replacement and JETCO Computer Systems has no control, and will not be responsible for, the amount of time for this process to take place.
STATE LAW RIGHTS:
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts of the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
